- All rentals are on a self catering basis
- All holidays run from Saturday to Saturday.
- Price includes electricity, gas, water, linen and towels (but not swimming pool towels).
- Price includes use of the grounds, games room, boule pitch & swimming pool.
- A 100GBP deposit is payable with the return of the booking form.
- The booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of deposit monies.
- The remainder of monies are payable 2 months in advance of arrival.
- A security deposit of 100GBP is payable on top of the rental cost.
- We ask you to leave the gites in as clean a condition as you find them.
