A small detached two storey house in the grounds of the manor house. The ground floor provides living / dining room with English TV, DVD & CD players and a modern fitted kitchen (including cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave) and stairs give access to the first floor double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower and w.c. Externally there is a large covered terrace with gas barbeque.

The Facilities
Free Wifi Internet access.
All linen and towels, except swimming pool towels, are provided.
Laundry and ironing facilities are available within the shared utility area.

Local Services
The villages of Latronquière (3km) and Maurs (12km) have good basic shopping, cash dispensers and petrol sales and at Maurs each Thursday there is perhaps one of the best local markets in the region. The towns of Figeac, Aurillac and St. Céré provide a full range of shops and there are some excellent restaurants in the area to be enjoyed.

A self contained ground floor apartment adjoining the manor house.  It has a large sitting room, with English TV, DVD & CD players; a fully equipped kitchen / diner (including cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher); a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (but please note that this can be made up into a double room.), bathroom, with shower over bath, and w.c. Externally there is a private covered terrace with gas barbecue. ( Please note that Le Merle has an average ceiling height of around 6’6”.)
